  As a builder, I really value working with people who are sharp, responsive, and on top of their communication...and Emma absolutely delivered on that. Her response time on the bid was very impressive, which means a lot in my line of work where timelines and momentum matter. She was professional, easy to work with, and did a great job walking through the scope and answering questions clearly. You can tell she’s strong on the sales side...organized, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the process. Overall, the experience was very positive. While we ultimately went a different direction for this particular project based on alignment with scope and budget parameters, I truly appreciated the level of service and professionalism. I will absolutely keep Emma in mind for future projects where the fit is right, and I would recommend reaching out to her if you’re looking for a responsive and professional experience.

  I’m a contractor who does a lot of tile work, Stephen, Emma and Brody are super fun to work with! Every time I reach out to them, they’re super fast to respond! I’ve sent clients into their showroom to choose tile and They’ve said that Stephen showing them around does a great job and was super helpful! I would definitely recommend using them if you are a contractor or are a homeowner.

  We recently remodeled a kitchen and had Accent do our tile backsplash and well as a fireplace, bathroom floor, and entryway floor. First of all, I would say our experience with Emma in the showroom was wonderful. She was exceptionally helpful and patient as we tried to make many decisions and coordinate colors, etc. We spent many hours in the showroom and I appreciate her taking so much time to make sure we were satisfied. The installation went well, And even when we ran into an issue with our fireplace, The installer took the time to let us know what our options were, and do it correctly (even though it took more time) as opposed to just finishing it. They have also followed up in a timely and fixed some caulk issues. The communication with Emma was great, as she was always very responsive and helpful. I could feel that she cared about making our experience a good one. I would certainly recommend and use Accent again!
