- SSScottieMay 8, 20265.0Prime responded very quickly. Had some problems with our water heater and the service person Derrick Camargo was great. He explained everything in detail, so any lay person could understand. His attitude was very friendly and wold not hesitate to to use both Derrick and Prime Pumbing again. Prices were also reasonable. He gave us a choise of A fixing the parts and receiveing A/C, water heater check, and furnace check, or just the parts.

They put my on the schedule and gave me a time window that was quick and accurate. Jose texted and called me with his expected ETA about 30 minutes before his arrival. Jose arrived and greeted me with enthusiasm, gave me a clear understanding of what work was to be performed, finished the job and exceeded expectations. Prime plumbing was a life savor, and if I could also give Jose 5 stars I would. I am not a guy to leave reviews, BUT Jose and the team at Prime deserved it. Thanks again!!!
