  My technician Mike was Knowledgeable, friendly and repaired my unit quickly so I could get the cold air running again! Highly recommend him! I know have them on speed dial!

  Great service, Mike was able to come out today after our AC went put yesterday.Did a thorough inspection , identified the issue and replaced the part. Explained the issue to us so we could understand. Thank you so much!

  From the call in for help through Bryttans impeccable service working with Arctic has been a great experience. The Monday after the 4th of July weekend my A/C went out and they were able to come out that afternoon. Bryttan did a great job of walking me through what was going on and gave options for the solution. Thank you Arctic.

  Arctic Air and their tech Mike Foreman did an amazing job, as usual. This isn't my first time using Arctic Air. I called them on our country's 250 birthday for an old central air system that stopped working. Arctic was very professional from the moment they took my call until the service was completed and even beyond. Their tech, Mike Foreman, showed up even before the expected time, explained step by step what was wrong and fixed the problem, he answered all my questions that I sent via text afterwards and we agreed on installing a whole new unit instead of my almost 30 year old one. Mike was so patient and courteous, professional and prompt. It's no wonder Arctic has thousands of spotless reviews as keeping their customers happy is their ultimate priority. Thank you Arctic and thank you Mike.

  Mike Foreman called when he was on his way over to my house, which I really appreciated. He showed up at the time he said he would and well within the scheduled time. I felt he was very thorough measuring the rooms to come up with an accurate estimate of what was needed. He explained the reasons and the best placements for installing the mini split heads. He informed me of what I needed to do as the homeowner to be ready for the install. He articulated what unit(s) would work the best for my situation. I received a quote on the initial visit keeping my financial budget in mind, which is so helpful to me in the planning this project.
