I had little hope it could be replaced as old as it was, so we tired to fit it with no luck. I thought I would have to buy a whole new sent of windows for the front of the house. Even though Wood Windows no longer has this line of windows they so kindly sent out an wonderfully skilled man, Jeff, from their service department. He was able to make repairs, even doing research to find an obsolete part. The price was very reasonable for this repair. I could not be more grateful or pleased. I will use Wood Windows again, when I need to new doors or windows because of this very positive experience. Thank you Jeff and Wood Windows!
