  We had a great experience with Wickstrom Plumbing, especially technician Alex Puzas. He cleaned out our water heater and did an excellent job. Alex was professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left the area clean when he was finished. It’s hard to find service technicians who are both skilled and courteous, and Alex was both. Highly recommend Wickstrom Plumbing and Alex for any plumbing needs!

  Had a great experience with Wickstrom. They communicate well and show up when they say they will. Bo helped my father and me to assess what needed to be done on our sink leaks. We didn't have time last fall to follow through with the repairs but we really appreciated Bo's friendly and helpful manner. I definitely recommend this company, I think that they operate on an honest platform and that is pretty valuable in today's atmosphere.

  We had Colton Swenson come out to our office and had a great experience. He was professional, clear, and easy to work with—he explained the issue, what needed to be done, and provided a detailed quote along with payment options. We also had a good laugh when he pointed out our water heater is 25 years old (and apparently only meant to last around 8), so it’s definitely been living on borrowed time! Overall, he was knowledgeable, honest, and made the whole process simple and stress-free.

  The technician showed up and completed the work that was requested. Communication was good, all of the items for the tune-up were checked and a clear report was given. There was an expectation on my part that the coil was going to be cleaned, I called them back and spoke with them about that not being done and they clarified that it was not a part of a system tune-up, evaporator coil cleaning is an extra charge. As sometimes happens when maintenance is done, this service appears to have caused the capacitor in the condenser outside to fail. They were willing to send somebody out to verify that's what it was. No fault on the technicians behalf, clearer communication from the company on what is going to be provided at the time of service would be appreciated.
