  Had our new to us home hvac system inspected. The home inspection prior to closing escrow said all was fine with the hvac using a local inspector. Called Wickstrom yesterday to get a thorough furnace inspection Tony the tech came out today. He called first and then the office sent a text telling us about Tony. Which was refreshing. Tony briefed us on what he would be doing. During his inspection of this 30 or old furnace and ac unit he showed us what wronge. He has the right equipment to take covers off and a camera probe to take pictures of thing hard to see. Lucky for us he found multiple cracks in the heat exchanger. Which as a minimum cause the furnace to not be efficient and max could poison us with deadly c02 gases even possibly death. There was only one Crack but up to 20 through out the three piece exchangers. Blower motor bearings shot. Ac compressor contacts. Summer/winter clean air valve missing, and the list goes on and on. He wrote up a est parts and labor bill some $11k. We are going to replace the hvac system with a new system. Even after those repairs we would still have a 30 yr old system that uses R22 freon that is not available to service the old system,plus any number of things that could go wronge and the parts are impossible to find.   Our experience with Wickstrom plumbing was first rate from our first contact with them. We contacted the office and we were provided with enough information to let us know we would like to at least schedule for a plumber to come to the house to provide us with an estimate for some repair work we needed. We were fortunate enough to get Joe Hilliard as the Wickstrom representative for our plumbing needs. He was extremely polite and very informative of the issues with our system and came up with multiple options on the best fix. We decided the slightly more expensive fix would end up helping us long term and so we scheduled the repair for the following week. The repair was done just as proposed and the quality of work was even better than we could have hoped for. Joe was conscientous about where the work was taking place and cleaned up as though he had never been there. We now know that if we ever have a need for a plumber, we will be contacting Wickstrom Plumbing. For anyone reading this review, Wickstrom is not the least expensive, but you definitely get what you pay for and so we feel they are worth every penny.

  Wickstrom Plumbing can in to repair a water leak on the main line into my house located in my front lawn. The had to dig 3 feet down to get to the line. Devin and Branton did a great job finding and then repairing the leak. They filled the hole and put the grass back onto the top, making a good repair. They did a very good job of cleaning up the lawn, sidewalk and street gutter in front of the house. Pricing was the only complaint as the job only took about 3 hours and still cost a LOT. That said, I would recommend Wickstrom Plumbing for the quality and performance of the work on this job.

  My husband initially called and reached an AI system, so he opted to use the company’s website instead. He received an email confirming an appointment and was told someone would arrive between 3 and 5 p.m. We rearranged our schedules to make sure someone would be home during that window. When 5 p.m. came and went with no one showing up, I called and left a message through the AI system letting them know that no one had arrived. The following day, I received a call from a woman in the office who told me that they do not service manufactured homes. She also stated that the plumber had called my husband the previous day and even gave me the exact time the call supposedly occurred. She then referred me to another plumbing company, and we ended the call. After speaking with my husband and having him check his call log, we confirmed that he never received a call from the plumber. We are still dealing with the issue with our sink and now have to contact another plumbing company, potentially rearranging our schedules again. Most of this could have been avoided with better communication and simply letting us know upfront that they do not service manufactured homes. Very disappointing experience and a complete waste of our time.

  Everything was so seamless from start to finish! They were able to get someone out to take a look right away. The woman who took our call made scheduling and coordinating everything incredibly easy. She was super knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful! When Simon arrived, he made the entire process easy to understand, explained everything clearly, and went out of his way to make us feel confident in the care and service we received. He even helped us figure out where to turn off our water because we had no idea! Wonderful service all around. Everyone we interacted with was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. We had such a great experience and would absolutely recommend them!
