However, they went above and beyond to explaining the details as to what was wrong with it and even communicated with my builder what went wrong during installation, which resulted in them covering the costs of the repair. Chris the technician worked on our van and he’s very knowledgeable and we’re lucky to have had him work on our van. Chad, was our service rep also lucky to have had him. Makes such a difference to work with these types of people in stressful situations. Thank you, guys.
