  From the very first phone call, this company impressed us with their professionalism and customer service. Steve was the first technician to come out, and as a water softener specialist, he took the time to thoroughly explain how our system worked and carefully investigate the issue. Instead of trying to sell us something we didn't need, he honestly determined that the problem wasn't with the water softener and pointed us in the right direction. He quickly connected us with Mark and Makayla, who are experts in microbial septic systems, and they were absolutely incredible. Both were extremely patient, knowledgeable, and thorough. They took the time to answer all of our questions, explain everything in detail, and walk us through our concerns without ever making us feel rushed. It's rare to find a company with this level of integrity, expertise, and genuine care for their customers. Steve, Mark, and Makayla were all amazing, and we truly can't recommend them highly enough. If you're looking for honest professionals who know their craft and put customers first, this is the company to call!

  Jon C was an excellent technician. He was friendly, explained what he was doing and made some additional repairs of work that a previous company had done poorly. He mentioned and explained some things we might want to do in the future, but didn't try to pressure into getting it done now. Great work, great tech. If they are all like Jon, your company is doing something right.

  Hats off to James Rudi! He got here and stayed ALL day taking care of our 1946 home plumbing. It was a long job in a tiny kitchen. He was professional, KIND and finished the job! We appreciate him and all the folks at Master Plumbing! I will recommend to any one who asks. Thank you!

  Jim was great. He arrived early and was very professional and friendly. We are very much looking forward to having reliable hot water again. We would definitely recommend him and Master Plumbing to others. Might have accidentally double posted, phone died when I was leaving my first attempt at a review. The service was worth trying to review again just to make sure credit was given.
