- SMSherri MilburnOct 24, 20191.0My experience with Valley Truss people were very nice, but the product that I recieved was NOT of good quality , one truss was broken, the trusses are warped with poor quality in there wood, we have been fighting the trusses from the time they were set in place, runners are warped we had to put blocks in them to try and get them straight enough to use ,now when you run a string line we can see that in order to get sheet rock up we will have to fight them with more blocks to straighten wraps in the wood. They have cost us alot of time and money just to get them useable. The quality is not there. BUYER BE WARE.
