  I’ve had Bosso come out twice to install different sections of permanent lighting on my house. Both crews were professional and responsive. The Bosso app to operate the system is user friendly and very versatile even though I mostly use the preset displays already programmed in the app. I highly recommend Bosso and their installation team.

  The entire experience was terrific, from initial consult with Josh to installation with Alex. Alex did the installation and he was professional and courteous and provided lots of communication. The lights look and function great, we are thrilled with our investment and thank you Bosso and Alex!

  Our installer put some of our lights up wrong. He could not speak a word of English so we were trying to use Google translate. So he couldn't even show us how to use the app or anything to do with the system. We called and got someone else out to show us the app. A month or so later, another guy came out and fixed the bad install. They also installed our box in the eaves of the RV Bay, so its about 20 feet in the air. The app is wiiggy. We have had to uninstall and install several times. Sometimes the lights just won't come on even if they are programmed. We were told by our sales guy that we would get a cash bonus if we referred someone who installed. We referred our neighbor. When I called about the referral fee, I was told because I didn't do the referral through the app, I wouldn't get anything. Now our internet provider has changed. Our lights won't work. We have gone through every step multiple times to get them to connect to our new wifi. They won't. I called Bosso and they told me they could start a ticket to schedule a tech in 2 to 3 weeks because they are so busy. it's been over 2 weeks and they are not returning my calls or texts. Would not recommend.

  The installers were great. The easiest part of the entire process. The lights look terrific and the app is easy to use.
