  We hired Herricks Flooring to replace 1250 sg feet of flooring recently. This includes both carpet and hardwood flooring. I have to say the experience from start to finish was awesome. From going into the store and working with Chase Braswell to find the right carpet (I thought carpet was carpet, Chase explained everything to us and taught us all the differences between the different carpets and made sure we picked something we would be happy with and still remain in our budget). Then made sure we had samples to take home and put in the kitchen to make the best choice for the kitchen flooring against the carpet we chose. The experience was awesome. When it cam time for the install, Chase was very communicative about when they would arrive and how the project would flow. The installers were great and did a wonderful job. Camren did a beautiful job with all the carpet seams and the transitions from carpet to hardwood flooring surfaces. I can’t say enough about the professionalism the installers displayed as well as Chase through the entire project. I would highly recommend Herricks for any flooring projects. Besides the service and professionalism they demonstrated, the cost was extremely fair and competitive. I would use Herricks anytime over the big box stores like Hone Depot and Lowe’s. We can’t thank them enough for the final product they delivered. The last time we installed carpet we used Lowe’s and the end product was nowhere near what we got from Herricks.

  Whenever I can afford a house, I'm coming here for assistance! Chase was a blessing to help me out with some carpet issues I had, and was so kind in his assistance. The options here were also endless. Love a small town store like this.

  My wife and I just resently bought carpet from them. They are professional and helped us pick out what we needed. They came out to the house and took measurements and set us up for our carpet needs. I will go back and use them again.

  Had a great experience with Herrick Flooring. They replaced all of the linoleum throughout my dental office. I worked with Chase, who did an excellent job explaining the different options and recommending what would work best for our situation. The team planned and executed the tear-out of the old flooring and installation of the new flooring efficiently, even utilizing the weekend so the office wasn’t closed for very long. There were a few minor hiccups along the way, but their communication throughout the entire process was excellent. I would highly recommend them as a reliable local business for any flooring needs.
