  We've had our invisible for over a year and absolutely love it. Customer service is wonderful. It works well keeping our dogs safe. They helped train our dogs and explained it all very well. Thank you. No digging. We went with the satellite option! Easy to use.

  Invisible Fence brand is an over priced antique in the technology world. You cannot make any setting changes without taking the device to their office or paying them to come to you. The device takes proprietary batteries, not rechargeable. Very old tech. While it works 75-80% of the time, it has zero monitoring or tracking capabilities if your pet does escape. Not even a notification that your pet escaped. Your dog could be long gone by the time you find out. I really wish I had done a little more shopping around before paying $499 for each collar. That doesn’t include the “fence” installation.
