- TLTerry LoweSep 29, 20265.0Had an electrical issue troubleshot it as far as I could. Gave them a call and troy gave me suggestions to try before he made a service call. His advice was spot on. And rather than make a service call potentially costing me 280.00 dollars he gave me some ideas. And it turns out he was right. Was able to repair my issue myself saving me money. Any guy that would offer help before having to charge for a service. Is alright in my book. Highly recommend T.A.P electrical. Thank for your time and excellent customer service.

His pricing was very fair, his work was efficient, and he treated my home with care and urgency. Getting power restored after a storm can be overwhelming, but Troy made the entire process feel manageable. He got my house safely up and running again within a few hours when I truly needed it. It’s rare to find someone this responsive, honest, skilled, and easy to work with.
