He even did a quick fix on our roof to give us peace of mind before he can do a permanent fix. How kind is that?! Abby is very kind and helped get us scheduled in a timely manner. They were on the spot! Chandler was out immediately and was able to point out the issue right away. I expected him to schedule a date when someone would be back, but instead he was up on the roof getting it fixed. He didn't charge me for the repair, and assured me of the next step, should this remedy not be 100% effective. I can't say enough about how happy I am to see this level of followup service!!

Chandler and another associate came to the house, got in the attic and id’ed the issue, got on the roof and resealed the area that was leaking. They also inspected the roof for any damage. And then when they were done, they said no charge!! It’s not often you get professional help and they don’t ask for money. When we decide to replace any roof, they will be my first call.
