- BMBecky McDonaldSep 1, 20265.0Called them on Monday 8/31 with my concerns. Chandler arrived promptly at 9am on 9/1 the next day. Chandler was transparent, kind, informative, and even gave us a bottle of KILZ! Leak repaired and we received some valuable roofing/framing knowledge. White glove service! We are giving them a 10 star. Also- heat index to be in the triple digits today! Eek!

We had them recaulked a few years back but now they leaked again. So we called Superstorm for help. Chandler came out and after a few minutes identified the issues. The leaks he thought came from the small cracks from the windows right above the dining room windows. He sealed them. I think he found the issues that the previous guy didn’t. Hope that it works now. He didn’t even charge me anything. Excellent repair without any cost. What a concept! 👍👏 They totally deserved a five-star.

Chandler came to inspect it and discovered it is the window seal and the driving rain pushed through causing the bad leak. Gave us advice for how to handle. Climbed up in our hot attic to determine cause of a second issue and refused to charge us a dime. You can trust Chandler to do the right thing for the client even if it means he won’t have a paying job to do. Used his company years ago for total shingle replacement. Did excellent work, no surprises. Highly recommend.

He found the moisture entry points and sealed them up on the roof, as well as provided product to remove the staining on the ceiling for me - all free of charge. A class act, professional, knowledgeable, and would highly recommend for anyone having issues like this. I will be sure to call Superstorm for any roofing issues that may arise in the future.
