- ASAshley SJul 27, 20265.0After 12 hours of no power, 80 degree humid night… I called at 3:53am. Midamerican had officially deemed the issue as not their problem, but ours on the exterior breaker meter. 4:30am Vince was outside working on our breaker meter. 4:50am he knew was the problem was, communicated what needed to be done, and sent us the quote. By 5am power was back on and by 6am he was done. It was a stressful night followed by much relief. I always appreciate contractors and professionals who are succinct and honest and it says a lot about Platinum how quickly our problem was solved. Thank you!

They did a thorough inspection and explained what we needed and why. Our house was built in 1930 so a lot of work was needed. They were always prompt, polite, considerate. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars.
