Within the last few days, we had a sump pump failure… How would you know right…?… I tried to clean up myself until I realized the gravity of the problem… We called around and when we spoke to a representative of MUSTANG, we were the most impressed and asked them to come out .. we decided right away , Just because of the concern and professionalism of the team member that we spoke to… The next morning, two staff members, Spencer and Jarrod came out evaluated the situation… gave us an estimate, and we asked them to start right on the spot… Within two hours they had a crew here. They went right to work… We were very impressed with every team member as far as their knowledge , their customer service traits… They wouldn’t hesitate to stop what they were doing and answer a question if I had a concern… The last member left here today the job is complete and we couldn’t be happier… We are so glad we found MUSTANG on Google… They made a very bad and scary situation understandable and put our minds at ease… Highly recommend MUSTANG… I wish I could give them more than five stars. ! ⭐️

I cannot say enough about the excellent service we received. We had a sewage backup flood in our basement, and Spencer and Jared and the crew took great care of us. They were professional, friendly, and timely, and they answered all my flood-related questions. They were able to help us prevent mildew, apply anti-microbial, remove the damaged drywall, and steam clean our basement. They were extremely knowledgeable about their craft. It was a tough couple of weeks in Ames with all of the flooding, and I’m sure they were busy beyond belief, but they were always patient and kind, and it’s obvious they care about their customers.

Spencer at Mustang was wonderful to work with. He was friendly, professional, persistent and easy to get in touch with. His prices are quite reasonable. He helped me save a lot of money getting out difficult stains on carpet I thought I was going to have to replace. He came back several times to do a thorough job. He uses environmentally-friendly cleaning products and is knowledgeable about their ingredients. I highly recommend using Mustang for any of your carpet cleaning needs.

Did a GREAT job on our basement carpet, which had MANY (perhaps) unremovable pet stains, but Mustang GOT EM OUT!! VERY HAPPY!
