  We’ve had two great experiences at Mr. B’s in Spencer. The first one was back in 2018 when we chose to replace the flooring in our house. They were friendly, professional, and priced right for our project. The install guys were great as well! Now, in 2026 we did a whole house remodel. We weren’t expecting to replace the carpet in our bedrooms, but we had a water issue. We called down to Mr. B’s and Jade answered and immediately got to looking for options for us. 3 days later a guy came to measure the rooms (can’t remember his name, but he was great as well). Within a day we had the quote and the flooring was installed the next week (it was in stock carpet). The installer, Jeremy, was so nice and professional. And you could tell he takes pride in his work. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and recommend them to anyone we talk to! Thank you!

  We needed new carpet in our basement and met with Lucas, he was super helpful and listened to what we wanted and stayed within our budget. He was prompt with our estimate and made the process super easy!! Jesse assisted in scheduling it at their earliest availability which to our surprise was way sooner than expected! The installers were awesome! They communicated what room they would start with and gave us the opportunity to move our furniture in between rooms. They had to take down quite a few doors and numbered them and kept all the screws organized so we would know what went with what. It’s those details that you don’t find anymore! The carpet turned out amazing totally transformed the space!! We are very lucky to have such a great local option here in Spencer! I highly recommend Mr.B’s!!!

  We purchased carpet for two bedrooms, the hallway, and a large living room. Our salesperson took extra time to get us a better price on the carpet. The store also provided a good installer who installed the carpets over two days. That allowed me to move the furniture between the bedrooms overnight.
