  I highly recommend CW Suter (in Spencer, IA). I had a plumbing leak in a guest bathroom, and Suter sent Braden Heikens out the very next morning…. Braden was extremely thorough, and found the problem quickly. The tile and the subfloor will need to be replaced and he was very respectful about guiding me through the steps to get these repairs done efficiently and cost effectively!! extremely satisfied!! 👏👏👏

  Unfortunately I had to pay double for weekend service but I had 14 people spending the night and A/C was important to us. So thankful they fixed the problem. Our technician was awesome.
