  Had called to get a comfort advisor to come and give me a quote he shows up late then proceeded to ghost me for going on 3 days terrible service no follow up no call nothing. I can only imagine the headache if I had gone under contract with them.

  Fernando came and got.to work diagnosed the problem quickly and had the part in his truck. He cleaned the fireplace and made sure the gas orifice was clear. We are ready for winter.

  I replaced a 25 year old fireplace with a new one and Kahlins was the place I was familiar with and I had very knowledgeable people helping me choose the right model for my home. Everything went well, but the stars for me were the installers, Chris and Danny who went out of their way to make it perfect.

  Service technician Mikah Nettleton was very courteous and knowledgeable about my equipment. Explaining a lot of information to me on what I can also do to keep my equipment working well ! Just know that as soon as he arrived and began working I was more then confident that he was going to be a very good and trustworthy technician! It was raining lightly but he did not rush through checking my outdoor equipment and cleaning the coils and when he needed to come in he would put these things on his shoes so as not to track in any mud or water! Great job !

  We had a great experience with the purchasing and installation of our fireplace. Everyone was helpful and answered all our questions. Our installer, Chris, was phenomenal! He came back to help us get our fireplace just the way we wanted it. Would highly recommend.
