  The service technician was awesome. Very knowledgeable about the issue we had. Im glad i purchased everything that deals with warranty. Would have been very expensive. I also love that i pay 35 dollars a month on the elite service plan. Saves loads of money.

  Our central air unit went down trying to work through extreme heat of 2 days. I called Kalins in the morning and they had a service tech out that afternoon. Bill Kammerer went through the unit and explained to me what the issues appeared to be. He also gave my furnace and hot water heater a quick look when he checked the central air connections with the furnace. He pointed out a couple of things to me then did the requested repairs, verified things were working and made sure I didn’t have any other questions

  Will and Dylan. Did an amazing job of putting the water heater in the correct position. Did a great job of explaining everything the water heater does and all of its features and functions. Cleaned up everything before leaving.

  The tech did a great job explaining what was needed and not so needed which I really appreciated! This was my first time using them and they built up some good trust!
