  Great easy experience, fast and efficient, quick response time. Bill Kammerer was nice, friendly, and funny. He addressed all our concerns and provided recommendations on how we can better heat and cool our home. Thanks Bill!

  Rick, Anthony, Kellen, Jeremy, Adam and Ryan, we want to say that the whole team of workers was impressive. They were always professional, they worked well together and always willing to help each other even kidding around like co workers should that enjoy their jobs. They were pleasant and patient, willing to answer my questions and stopping to explain things to me. They cleaned up after themselves like they said they would and when they left u wouldn’t have ever have known there were that many men here putting in a new furnace/ac unit. One of the workers, possibly Adam, even stopped to help me unload my new grill from the back of my vehicle. Having no knowledge of Kalin’s business it seems to us you went the extra mile and saved us a lot of money to not have to put in new wells because u solved the issue with the lines and now it is working. We had heard that Kalin’s was going to so much more expensive than other places and that did not turn out to be the case. For all the named workers that were here (and we hope we didn’t leave anyone out) if u r giving them bonuses this crew deserves double. They are well worth it and are very deserving of it Bruce and they are an asset to your company. Also Bruce, thank you for taking my calls whenever I needed to talk to you and tell everyone thank you very much! We r very satisfied with our experience with Kalin’s and would use them again in a heartbeat!

  Super fast. They were able to get Mikah to me within a few hours. Mikah was professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. He was also great with our chaotic household (6 humans 2 dogs and a cat). Would recommend for someone looking to get their money's worth

  We had a new HVAC/AC unit installed today through Kalins Heating & Air, and I genuinely cannot say enough kind things about Nick (lead installer) and his team. To start: I unfortunately overslept and completely missed my alarms this morning while Nick and his crew had already arrived. My boyfriend (the homeowner) was at work trying to coordinate things over the phone, and honestly, they would have been completely justified in leaving or rescheduling considering I was the idiot still asleep inside the house. Instead, Nick and his team were unbelievably patient, thoughtful, and understanding while they waited for me to finally wake up and get them inside. From there, the entire process was exceptional. The installation itself was incredibly fast, efficient, and shockingly quiet. There were multiple times where I genuinely forgot workers were even in the house because of how respectful and unobtrusive they were. What stood out to me most, though, was their kindness and consideration regarding our four cats. I had fully planned to move all of them upstairs to avoid any chance of them escaping through doors during the install, but Nick immediately reassured me that they would be careful watching doors and keeping an eye out for the cats throughout the process. That level of thoughtfulness meant a lot to us. Again, they certainly were not expected to be on pet patrol, but that thoughtfulness and consideration truly blew me away! Nick and his team were professional, patient, kind, communicative, and did fantastic work. We’re incredibly grateful for the quality of the installation, but even more grateful for the way we were treated throughout the experience. Thank you again to Nick and the Kalins team. I highly recommend if you’re ever in need of their services! We’re Kalins customers for life! 😊

  Had a great experience during the whole process. Starting with the initial service Tech that came out to check our old system and informed us we needed an updated system. The sales representative was awesome, very informative and patient with us. He worked with us on getting exactly what we needed and at a very reasonable price, the financing was excellent. The installers were also very professional and informative, they were very fast, diligent, and organized. They were done in less than one day and cleaned up very. They made sure we were comfortable and answered any questions we had before they left.Overall it was a pleasure doing business with this team. Totally recommend this company if you need any AC/Heating work done. Great job guys!
