As the President of our self-managed association, our board was tasked with finding a company that best fit our needs. After obtaining 8 bids, there is no other company that compared to what they offered. Everything they offered and did was incredible including: 1) thorough bid process and presentation, 2) incredible communication throughout with the Board and residents, 3) the selection of materials, 4) the kindness and care the crews doing the work, 5) incredible and immaculate care in cleanup that occurred throughout the day, 6) the followup at the end of the project, and 7) the Barkeris and manufacture warranties that will carry is forward. This has truly been an amazing experience for our HOA Board and residents. As an HOA President that has to constantly chase down and babysit various service providers, there was not one time that I felt that need during our 2 week instillation process.

Because we were able to watch and see how the roof and gutters would do. I'm not disappointed. I love my new roof and gutters. They only took one day for the roof and the next day for the gutters. They did a great job and clean up was awesome. Never found a nail. They are very thorough. I would recommend them to anyone. Also, our Roofing Specialist Ben Bakeris was awesome.
