  We were looking for the addition of a 4-seasons porch, small bathroom remodel, and addition of a laundry closet that all honored the "character" of our home. Chandler and Nick listened to our wish list carefully, and communicated well. The estimate process was clearly laid out, so we felt like we understood the financial expectations up front, and all of our choices were made well in advance of the beginning of construction. At the same time, when we had a few requests for changes (e.g. adding solar panels and a small patio out back) they helped make that happen. There were a couple of slow-downs due to weather, but that is to be expected. We are so happy with the results!!!

  I feel fortunate to have worked with Ryan on the roof and gutter repairs incurred during the March hailstorm. In the 33 years I have been in my home, I have never had an insurance claim so there were many questions and concerns. Repairs were completed timely and I was given ample notice before repairs were started.

  We recently completed a major home renovation with Diamond Ridge Construction, and we could not be more thrilled with the results! Our project was extensive—including a brand-new roof, siding, gutters, full exterior paint work, and a magnificent new screened-in deck. From start to finish, our project manager, Ryan, was an absolute dream to work with. Ryan is truly a special person. His incredible attention to detail, professionalism, and warm, personable approach made what could have been a stressful process completely seamless and enjoyable. He listened closely to what we wanted, took the time to understand our goals, and provided "above and beyond" service at every single step.   This has been an incredibly well managed project. From the time I first contacted Diamond Ridge, they gave me a timeline and stuck with it so I could plan around it. Ryan listened to what I wanted carefully and guided me through choices so that the deck turned out exactly the way I wanted it. The flooring is cool enough to walk on even on the hottest days. And it is not slippery, even when it's wet. The crew was always professional. They were careful to park their vehicles so that they did not negatively impact the neighbors. Every day, they left the construction area as neat as it possibly could have been. They were careful with where they placed construction materials so as to not kill grass. I have hosta under the deck which I told them not to worry about because you really can't kill existing hosta. Still, they were in incredibly careful with my plants. They had to work around some rainy periods. Ryan kept me informed every day about whether or not they could make it, and if it was good enough to work, they were here. They were rebuilding a 20 year old deck and screened in porch. Rick found an existing beam which needed to be reinforced and did that with a custom steel fitting. When they were finished, they wiped down my white siding. They shop vacuumed the entire area. They hosed down the stepping stones under my deck and left everything company ready and Ryan came over for a walkthrough to make sure everything was the way I wanted it . You simply can't go wrong with this company.

  Ryan at Diamond Ridge was great to work with. He responded promptly to every request I had. When rain interrupted the work, he was on site to check on tarping of the roof. The roofing crew did a great job, were courteous and did a great job of cleaning up after the work was done.
