I recently moved into a 116 year old farmhouse and was in need of new carpeting. I met with Anna and told her what I was looking for and she showed me some samples. I found exactly what I wanted. Anna scheduled Terry Whaley to come out to measure the 4 rooms and stairway. Excellent communication with Terry, fast and asked all the right questions. Kyle Landon was our installer. He works alone! He was scheduled to do this install over 3 days. Very nice guy, took his time and was very particular in where the seams were, you can’t even see where they are. Considerate, and was very detailed oriented…My experience was excellent from beginning to end. Anna, Terry and Kyle are all truly an asset to your company. Highly recommend Strand’s for all flooring needs.

We've been Strands customers for a very long time. You might pay less for something but you don't get the personal service you get here. You get all the advice you need, decorating help and no high pressure to get more than you want or can afford. You also get help with the personal things. I just broke my ankle and doorway thresholds were problem. Terry came out and reworked the doorways I couldn't "wheel" over. You WON'T get that from a big box store!

Products that you’ll love. Service that you deserve. Stands is a family owned company. I love the personal service that they offer each customer. Ben is a fantastic person. He gave us amazing service when he installs blinds. Thank you Strands.

This is local service with tons of experience! Do NOT shop the big box stores without visiting Strand's. You'll be amazed at their selection, the prices are more than competitive.... They are better! I also have to mention that they go above and beyond to help. When I visited looking for a carpet remnant after our town suffered destruction from a devastating tornado, I mentioned what I was doing and how little I had to spend after being closed for six weeks fixing damage. Strand's stepped up (I was not asking for charity or pleading for any kind of help) and offered a remnant to me for a major sale discount. I bought it on the spot. Got it installed and it is stunning in the store. Bottom line, these folks don't see you as just a person through the door that they can pump for a sale. This is personal, small town service in a big town and a huge, complete carpet, flooring, and paint store.
