After hearing alarms going off in the middle of the night, we were happy to know that Quality Plumbing would be able to check out the problem the very next day. They came as scheduled and reassured us that we could wait for a few days before replacing the old sump pump. They arrived within the 2- hour window they provided to us on both service calls and we are happy with the service provided.
- DBDonald BohlkenAug 13, 20265.0I had a competitor, who apparently believes that the "Golden Rule" means "the guys with the gold make the rules" examine my water heater. He couldn't see any spark when he tried to light it and said my options were to get a $1400 repair or a new water heater for $2670. Luckily, I cancelled my order for a new water heater from them and contacted Quality Heating and Plumbing. Their repairman saw the spark and diagnosed the problem was that the burner assembly needed cleaning, which he did. Total cost $176.55. If I had needed the repair offered as an alternative for $1400 by the competitor, cost would be less than $400 with Quality. Cost for installing a new water heater with Quality would be $2000, not $2670. Quality Heating and Plumbing lives up to their name.
