First maintenance on heat pump installed in November. Tech was efficient and still took time to answer questions about the unit. Will continue to call for the next maintenance visit.

Incomplete Bid, Poor Workmanship, Prioritizes Profit over Customer Satisfaction
I hired Quality Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning to install a new onyx shower system and also do the plumbing for a vanity in my ½ bath. There are no issues with the plumbing, unfortunate9ly the workmanship on the shower was very disappointing. The installation did not meet the standards I expected for the price quoted and the materials that were being used. Onyx is special order and cannot be returned, Quality was responsible for measuring the shower and shower door.
When we addressed our concerns during the installation process about 2 weeks in, we were told that onyx walls are made to bow (which according to the company that manufactures the product this is untrue), however we proceeded with the installation.
At the end of the project, we expressed our dissatisfaction and we would be tearing the shower out and installing a new one with a different contractor. There were other issues that they caused, but there was lack of concern or care for customer satisfaction. The Project Manager said the owner would want to come out and look at it, but he never did.
They marred my freshly painted walls but their response was it would be considered minor touch up and it was left up to us to have it repaired. They did offer to hire an “onyx professional” to fix the 8 additional holes drilled in my shower walls, which we declined because we had lost total confidence in their ability, nor did I want repaired shower walls, based on what I paid I wanted what I paid for. They were actively looking for an onyx professional to do the repair. If they were not onyx professionals, why did they tell me they could install this type of shower and how easy and fast it was.
We asked if they would be willing to adjust the amount of the project to reflect the subpar results, this was discussed multiple times. My final invoice did not reflect any such adjustment.
I value professionalism, clear communication and accountability - none of which I experienced with this company. I would recommend that future customers proceed with caution and ensure all expectations are documented in detail before the work begins. Also, if you are installing a shower make sure all shower related items and/or accessories are included in the estimate.
Update: we had a company that was recommended by The Onyx Collection, the company who manufactures the product used for our shower come out and look at our shower and they were appalled at the quality of workmanship. I don't think sending someone out to install an onyx shower system and I find them watching a YouTube video on how to install it, and then they told me they had never installed one was a problem from the beginning. This was a very expensive mistake on our part.
