  This is going to be a hard one to write. Gleason does a great job when our general contractor works with them; scheduling, the actual work, communicating exactly what we want, work that passes inspection etc. Never have had any issue. BUT when we try to work with them directly on thing outside of our general contractor/specific remodeling projects; we get nothing. The lady at the front desk does not seem capable of scheduling, passing along information, returning calls, writing down and keeping track of notes, nothing. We have been trying- repeatedly- for months to get them out to our house to do some exterior rewiring. It is now to the point where our property is decaying. We have a pond and the fountain needs to be rewired, but now it's full of scum and we'll have to skim it or clean it. Even when the owner calls my husband himself and promises that the work will be done within that same week still nothing happens. Apparently, if you aren't working with a general contractor, you will get nothing done. My piece of advice to the owners or managers of Gleason- find a new receptionist...now.

  Gleason Electric did all of the replacement of fluorescent fixtures with LED fixtures in our QOV (Quilts of Valor) in the lower level of Lindale Mall. The guys were very professional and a pleasure to work with during the replacement over a two-year period. We are very grateful for all that the crew did for us!!!"

  I’ve always used Gleason Electric for all electrical work on my home. They are quick, efficient, and reliable. They also are very nice and willing to work with you. As a homeowner in my early 30s, Gleason Electric is the only company I will go through for the rest of my life.

  Bob and his crew did an excellent job with the Electrical work for finishing our basement! It was great to work with Gleason Electric Company!

  Just had a small project and they got right on it. Did a good job for what seemed like a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend them.
