  The installer did an excellent job from start to finish. He was very professional, skilled, and really cared about customer satisfaction. We will contacting Mad City for further projects.

  Stay as far away from this company as possible. They prey on the elderly. Sweet talked my 75 yr old parents into signing a contract for $19,237 to replace their single stall shower in a small 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home. Promising a same day install and scaring them with all the things that could be lurking behind their old shower. Made them pay a $10,000 down payment (again to replace a single stall shower). Showed up the first day, tore out their old shower and put the new base in. To level the new base, they sprayed a bunch of spray foam underneath it. When they went to install the glass, they had ordered the wrong size. Told my parents they would have to reorder the glass. Suggested they go out and buy a shower curtain and put it up themselves. Before leaving, made them give them another check for $6,737. A month goes by and they get a call letting them know that the glass had came in but it was the wrong thickness. They would have to reorder once again. Another month goes by and the new glass comes in. They come down to install it. However after spraying foam under the base the first time, it had heaved up and now the new glass wouldn't fit. Told them they would have to reorder everything. The base and surround. Another month goes by and they finally come back to install everything. Tore everything out once again and reinstalled the base and surround. When they went to put the Glass and door in, they had ordered the wrong size door. Once again told them they would have to put a shower curtain up themselves and wait. Took them three full months and multiple visits to finally get their shower installed correctly. Asked for some sort of compensation for all of their trouble and was told no. There was nothing they could do. You be the judge. Look at the photo of what they did (with the shower curtain they made my elderly parents install themselves). Was that worth almost $20,000? Or did this company take advantage of an elderly couple on a fixed income?

  Our installer, Josh, was excellent! He could answer all of my questions and then some! He explained so much! I was very impressed! And we love the windows! They were spending but worth it!
