  Love my new windows. It’s so quiet now. I never realized how inefficient my other windows were. Josh Rissman did an exceptional job with the installation. He was prompt and very detailed. He fixed the imperfections before he left and was very pleasant to work with.

  They showed up early and got straight to work. They replaced 5 windows and patio doors. Done by 3 pm. Everything was cleaned up great. Big bonus for me. Adam and Diego were very efficient, never slowed down till job was done. My windows and door look great, very happy with mad city I will recommend them to anyone needing things done right the first time. They were easy to work with from start to finish. No hidden fees, and no add-ons either. Great company all the way around. Thank you very much for fast service. Very pleased.

  We had 9 windows installed yesterday. Adam and Rigo showed up in time and explained exactly what the day would be like. They were professional, organized and did an amazing job. I work from home and had concerns about being able to do so with installation going on. Not a problem at all. They even offered to do my office first so my day could be as normal as possible. We could not stop walking around our home and looking at the transformation. What a difference a day made. 100% satisfied with our installation and our installation team!

  I am so very happy with the job Will and Serg did installing my new windows. They worked as hard as they could all day long and cleaned up very well before leaving. They carefully measured and made sure everything was level, plumb and insulated. As for the windows, I really couldn't be more pleased with them. When I woke up this morning I noticed the wind was blowing but I couldn't hear it. They are air tight, too. I had 60 yr old single pane windows that were almost impossible to open or clean and now I can actually do that from the inside. I definitely recommend Mad City windows. They are a professional company with professional staff selling great quality products. They were wonderful from start with Brandon (1st contact), Tim (sales rep) to finish with Will and Serg (installers) and Ross (final completion customer review call). Thanks to you all!!
