  I had a bath tub replaced with a walk in shower. Levi arrived right at 8 am after a 100 mile drive. He worked fast and professional and finished at 6:30. He explained everything and made sure he knew exactly where we wanted safety handled installed. He also left everything as clean as when he arrived! I highly recommend Levi and Mad City!

  I was impressed with my new window replacements. Josh, my installer, was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and got all 10 windows, removed, repaired what needed, and the new replacements in. The windows themselves, I've only had for 2 days, but I'm already so impressed by the difference it's made with this summer heat. It was 94° out, with the afternoon sun made my storm door so hot, I have to use a towel to hold it open for my dog, yet my big window was cool to touch.

  We had a great experience working with Josh on our new windows. He did an excellent job from start to finish. The old windows were removed, the new ones installed beautifully, and he did a great job cleaning up after. The windows are looking amazing, and our home feels refreshed and updated. Josh was professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to make sure everything was done right. We really appreciate his hard work, and we would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs new windows installed.

  This was the first major project as we moved into our first home, and every step of the process was more than helpful from Mad City. From our initial consultation through Keenan finishing the cleanup after installation, the service was top notch the entire way. The service may have even topped the finished product, which is hard to beat

  From start to finish, Brieley was professional, kind, and personable, and Evan gave a great presentation explaining the benefits of Mad City Windows. Our installer did quality work and was professional throughout the installation. A few things could have been better. We were expecting the three-window installation to be completed in one day, but with only one installer, it took much longer and nearly had to continue into a second day because of the weather. One window accidentally shattered outside, and the glass wasn’t cleaned up as thoroughly as it should have been, which is concerning since we have pets. Overall, we’re happy with the finished product. The windows look great, and despite a few hiccups, the experience was mostly positive.
