- GBGrant & Karissa BrownSep 28, 20265.0Our technician, Quest Brown, was professional, kind and excellent at his craft. He had our best interest in mind the whole way through and helped us think through the most affordable options on the table. I'd give six stars if I could. Thank you Quest!
- IFIvy & Derrick FullerSep 28, 20264.0Update** Thank you to Greens appliance for reaching out and making things right I appreciate them taking responsibility for the error that occurred. I will continue to use them for my annual maintenance.** Was told the maintenance would be included with my annual membership then when they came and did the work i was told it wasn’t included and had to pay for it I wouldn’t have scheduled if I would have known it wasn’t included and would be extra charge I feel cheated and misled and will no longer do business with greens applaince
- APAlicia PelzerSep 24, 20265.0Quest was really helpful, informative and got the job done e in a timely manner! We couldn’t appreciate it more they came out quickly and fixed our fridge that has been down for a week!
- VGVicky GrassoSep 17, 20265.0Alan was the tech from Greens who did our fall furnace inspection. He was very friendly and thorough. His inspection didn’t find any major issues but he did recommend an add on to help keep draining pipes clear which was something new to me. He even changed the furnace filter prior to leaving. Thank you Alan for getting our furnace ready for fall/winter!
- LMLisa MueggenbergSep 15, 20265.0Quest B. from Greens was a joy to work with. He was extremely patient and through while diagnosing my refrigerator and emailed all the information a needed to submit to the Warranty company while he was here. Found him to be quite knowledgeable as well as professional! Would highly recommend!!
