  Really enjoyed Quinn’s visit today! He was very pleasant to visit with and helpful with any questions I had. I thought I was going to need a new thermostat because I kept going through batteries and as it turned out I didn’t even need the batteries. He was able to use the extra wire with it to hook the thermostat up that way. Definitely saved me money today. They have an awesome maintenance plan you can sign up for which gives you two visits a year to check your furnace in the fall and your air conditioning in the summer. You set the time you want them to come & it’s that easy, plus more perks! Or you can pay for one visit per service call as needed. I’d highly recommend Greens Appliance Heating & Cooling. Very professional staff!

Contacted Green's to address an issue with a smart thermostat and an issue with my range hood; they told me I would need to bring in two different techs and pay two different service fees. Neither was able to provide a satisfactory solution to my problem. That's all fine: their time is valuable, and if that had been the whole of my experience, I wouldn't have taken the time to write a negative review. What really made the experience frustrating and unpleasant for me was the yearly subscription sales pitch I was subjected to while the tech was in my basement. I told the tech I wasn't interested, and he continued to press: "Well, what are you going to do about maintenance in the future?" "Can I ask why you would go with someone else?" Friends: Please learn to take "no" for an answer the first time. It looks like Green's is owned by one of the out-of-state private equity HVAC conglomerates that max out profits by running these maintenance subscription contracts, so I shouldn't have been surprised by the aggressive sales tactics in my basement. I was distracted by the good reviews on google, and I didn't do my homework. Anyway, be warned: If you'd like to pay for a maintenance service *without* having to deal with door-to-door salesmanship inside your home, I'd look elsewhere.

  Paul provided great service on our dishwasher. The repair was very efficient and we appreciated his suggestions for choosing the proper cycles for energy and water use efficiency.

  Outstanding service and great explanation regarding the concerns with my washing machine. The technician provided referrals to other merchants since the cost was of repair would be the same price as a new washing machine.

  Brian was my service tech who came to fix my clothes dryer today, he was very quick on diagnosing and fixing the problem with a new belt and a idler arm kit. I was very happy with the service he provided. I highly reccommend Green’s Appliance for any appliance repairs needed.
