  Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Being yelled at on the phone for trying to get an update, was crazy.

  I am commenting piggybacking off of my spouses review. I do not believe his pictures give any depth of how bad the job was left for us to clean up and take care of. They damaged our tree and had no compassion for their jobs. From my understanding typically these jobs should be separating dirt, removing roots and concrete. They left our torn up sidewalk in our bushes, threw our bricks in plants destroying them, left roots in the dirt - I wonder if they put root filled dirt next to our new sewage line they replaced. When I asked if at bare mom, if they would be greeting her front yard the response I got from one of their employees is that they’re not a landscaping company. I get that, but to leave a yard like this isn’t pride in your work or caring for your customers. I would never recommend this company. Unfortunately it wasn’t our choice. This is a home we purchased and sellers chose the company. After reading these comments, and the owners response - it seems he has a lack of accountability.

  This place is horrible, not only did they push my closing back on my new home, which cost everyone money, they also left my front yard a complete disaster, I called their office the lady told me they were done with their part once I told her they had left broken concrete and their own tools in my yard she then started to come up with excuses for that, they didn’t separate the root filled dirt while digging and backfilled the ditch with root filled dirt, left a foot pile of dirt all the way through my yard and only response is “ they are not landscapers”.threw all the rocks into my flower beds, threw broken concrete onto my bushes and left roots sticking up out of the ground.i understand dirt will settle, this wasn’t compacted nor backfilled and graded correctly, Never in my years in construction have a seen a company operate in this way with no regard to its costumers. Poor service from start to finish.

  Unfortunately, our experience with Chas W. Goering Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling has been very frustrating and disappointing. They have been out to our home a total of three times, and we are still dealing with unresolved issues regarding the air conditioner. We were told the leak was fixed, but that turned out to be incorrect. We were also told the A-coil was not leaking, which also ended up being incorrect. Even after multiple visits, the air still was not blowing as cold as it should have been, and the heater pipes were not placed on the correct side of the building either. In addition to the ongoing repair issues, there were remarks made to a coworker that we have on camera regarding the location of our home that people would steal in the area, we felt were unnecessary and unprofessional. We also had to deal with the discomfort of the home being hot while waiting for the same issues to be addressed repeatedly. They were also responsible for installing a brand-new furnace, and unfortunately, that job was left extremely dirty. I do have photos documenting the condition that was left behind. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the repeated visits, lack of proper resolution, and overall experience have been very disappointing. I would really like to see the company take accountability, communicate clearly, and make this situation right. make professional!
