  Jerome from Professional Plumbing came to our house to investigate a recurring backup issue we were having in our basement which several sewer companies were unable to get to the bottom of. They ended up finding a toy in the plumbing line that both sewer companies had missed with their cameras. Without their thorough help, it would probably have stayed there for who knows how long continuing to cause issues. Very kind, professional, and thorough service!

  They replaced a couple of my old main home shutoff valves for $350 just as Jerome was able to quote from seeing a photo. This was a competitive price compared to others. I really appreciated them not needing to come to my house to give an estimate because that can be hard to schedule with my work. Tycin had the job done in a couple hours exactly as they estimated and valves work great. He showed up on time, didn't make a mess, answered my questions, and was a nice guy. I would call these guys again for my next job.

  Great service, great response time! After multiple services, I just recommend to ask for an estimate ahead of time.

  I am less than pleased with my experience with Professional Plumbing. We bought a new 50 gal. water heater from them and had them install it on 5/10/22. Upon installation, the young man was struggling to get it in place so my husband asked if he needed help. The installer ignored my husband and went ahead and tried manhandling it on his own and dropped and bent our new water heater that cost us $2,833! Now they claim there is nothing they can do about it!!! Who knows if the tank inside is slightly cracked and over just a little bit time, starts to leak?! Their own employee dropped and bent/damaged it upon installing it! We should NOT have to accept a brand new damaged water heater at nearly $3K!!! I am very angry about this and expect them to make it right! So far they have pretty much been ignoring my husband’s calls and messages. Very dissatisfied with their service! ***UPDATE 6/15/22*** I regret using Professional Plumbing Service. To date, they have done nothing to remedy this. What I find ironic is what they claim on their website: — It says the owner of Professional Plumbing Service set out to build a business on “customer satisfaction,” efficiency, and quality workmanship. “Having the right team of people … ensures that we’ll continue to meet the needs and exceed the expectations of our customers.” –Randy Von Leinen, Owner “Customer-Focused” Plumbing Service — “Reputation matters” and home/business owners have trusted Professional Plumbing Service, counting on us for reliable local plumbing services. “We take care of you” and your home/business “as if it were our own.” WHAT A BUNCH OF BULL!!
