  We were told we needed a new compressor or full unit replacement by two separate companies. We contacted True Comfort for a 3rd estimate before choosing who was going to do the replacement l. Their tech Logan braved numerous wasp nests to get on the rooftop and inspect our unit. His technical knowledge and thouroghness uncovered an issue that was easily resolved. Our AC was up and running in under 30 minutes without costly repair or replacement. THANK YOU True Comfort for saving my family over 6000$. I know who I will be calling for any HVAC repair or inspection in the future.

  Diego was so kind, knowledgeable, and respectful. I really appreciate the time he took to explain things to me. It is easy to see that he cares about his customers and his job. I appreciate the respect he showed for my home and my space. He was not pushy and explained things in a way that made sense. I highly recommend True Comfort.

  I was surprised they were able to come out as soon as that day when I called. I was busy so they came out the next day and fixed the issue that I had with my sump pump. The tech also gave me some suggestions on a future upgrade for my sump pump to be determined later. Service was fast and prompt

  This was for plumbing work. Devin was professional, straightforward and left the area clean. Explained our options, answered my many questions about current and potential future work, and made sure we were staying within city code. This was way more affordable than I expected and I appreciated even more the no hard selling. Alex was great at understanding the need to get this done ASAP and I highly appreciated him dispatching someone after potentially having to push it back. If we need more plumbing work done, we will definitely be using True Comfort again.

  Nathan and Cash installed a new Carrier system for us this week. They were very professional and friendly and did an excellent install. I appreciate the attention to detail in the install. From quote to install was two days. Pricing was very fair and I appreciate the excellent communication. I am a convert from one of the big companies who advertise on TV and True Comfort Heating and Cooling offers a much better overall customer experience at a competitive price. I have found a new home for my heating, cooling and plumbing needs. Thank you!!!
