  Modern’s technicians are very professional and easy to talk to. They explain everything thoroughly. I highly recommend Modern Heating and Cooling and Plumbing. They installed our new Daikin hvac system in 2019. We are members of the gold club that includes an annual furnace inspection in the Fall and an AC inspection early Spring.

  I am extremely satisfied with you guys. Wyatt who did our work on the Water Heater and repair of pipes has been an extreme help for my family especially when it has been stressful for the last 3 weeks of some other company problems. He was very communicated and very well organized. His van of organization definitely made me feel like I was in a good hands. Krystal who I believe is a manager, has guided us and was very helpful in our situation. I appreciate what her and Wyatt have done for my family! Thank you for the inspector and the extra mile you guys went for us! Definitely hope to have future projects with them. Thank you so much!!! 😇 best company for older houses and newer!   I had a leak in my shower and immediately started contacting companies that could help us out of a very timely situation. I was surprised to find how challenging it was to find someone that showed up when they said they would, and the one's that did were trying to kill us on price. I heard about Lake at Modern Heating and Air, and requested him directly. In a 3-minute phone call, I had a price that held to the end of the project and a day he was going to show up. From initial contact, to professionalism and knowledge during service, and then to billing, I could not have asked for a better experience. The value of having someone you trust in your home during a disaster like this extends beyond the money being exchanged. I got several cards from Lake before he left and will have plenty of work for him in the future with customers of mine that are looking for someone they can trust.

  Will did an outstanding job installing our water heater. He showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure the work was done right the first time. The installation was clean, professional, and efficient. He took the time to answer questions and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. You can tell he takes pride in his work. Highly recommend Will if you want the job done right.

  We recently had furnace and A/C unit installed and had the best experience from first contact to installation. Corbin was great to work with. Very friendly, helpful and professional. We had same day quote and appointment for installation 3 days later!! Josh and Darren did an amazing job with installation! Both units are working great and I’m sure more efficiently! Highly recommend this team!
