  I recently had a dishwasher installed that required both plumbing and electrical work. The plumbing and my technician deserve 5 stars all day. The job turned out to be a little bigger than expected, but he did a great job of communicating what my options were and the cost. He spent around 6 hours working which included relocating the supply line, installing new supply lines to the sink and hose bib. He also installed the dishwasher and cleaned up the mess, including hauling the old dishwasher away. His part of the bill was around $1,555, which I find to be more than a fair price. The electrical component involved moving the wiring from under the dishwasher and rerouting it a few feet away under the sink and installing a GFCI outlet. The job took a couple of hours at most and I was billed $1,100. I'm not the type of person to expect skilled labor to be cheap, or to beat anyone up over their prices, but I did have questions about how a job that took a couple of hours and, at most $60 in materials only cost $455 less than a job that took all day and required more material. I wasn't necessarily expecting a refund, but at least an explanation of how the billing worked because it didn't make sense to me. So I called the office and was promised a call back. A week went by and I called again. A very nice gentleman explained what he could, but wasn't able to detail how it was billed. He had to had this off to the first person I talked to. Once again, she never called me back. When I reviewed my invoice, one of the things that you sign says that you will not receive a breakdown of any prices. While I can say the technicians here do great work, the billing practices could be more transparent and management could communicate better.

  We cannot say enough good things about our experience! From the moment he arrived, he was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He took the time to thoroughly assess and fix our gas leak, explained everything clearly, and made sure we felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. What really stood out was how far above and beyond he went. He wasn’t just focused on fixing the issue—he genuinely cared about making sure everything was safe, done correctly, and that all of our questions were answered. His attention to detail, honesty, and dedication to excellent service were truly impressive. It’s rare to find someone who combines such expertise with outstanding customer service. He was punctual, respectful of our home, hardworking, and incredibly kind. A stressful situation became so much easier because of his professionalism and positive attitude. If you’re looking for someone you can trust, look no further. We would recommend him and this company to anyone without hesitation. Five stars doesn’t feel like enough—he deserves ten! Thank you for the exceptional service and for giving us peace of mind.

  We had a 5-star experience with Lazer Home Services from beginning to end. Garth came out first to assess our home and provide the quote, and we were immediately impressed. He was incredibly knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and took the time to really listen to what we needed. He explained everything clearly, never made us feel rushed, and answered not only all of our questions, but even the ones we didn’t know to ask. His expertise and honest, thoughtful approach gave us a lot of confidence right from the start. We had two other companies quote the job, and Garth/Lazer stood out. On installation day, Garth and Mike were both fantastic. They had a clear plan, were respectful of our home and space, and they ensured we knew when the water would need to be turned off. It was obvious they take pride in their work, and they made sure everything was done right. They even saw that we had a disconnected air duct behind our furnace and just took the initiative to go ahead and fix it, even though it had nothing to do with why they were there! We now have a whole-home water filtration system and reverse osmosis system that we feel great about, and we truly feel like we have the best setup possible for our home and family. Most importantly, we trust that Lazer Home Services will stand behind their work and the products they installed for years to come, and they have the best team members to do it. We’re so glad we chose them and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and people they can truly trust.
