- DFDanny Funk1 day ago5.0I’ve had Bright Water come out twice for us. First for a water softener + dechlorinator (3 years ago), then a reverse osmosis system most recently. I’ve been super impressed and happy with the Kinteco products and then the service from Bright Water. Most recently on the RO install, their techs are very skilled and were able to accomplish what Culligan said they couldn’t be done: getting the RO installed in the finished basement with hookups to both upstairs sink and fridge. I also really appreciated that the owner came out for the initial consult and didn’t waste my time with flashy sales tactics about how contaminated my city drinking water is. He cut to the chase on what was possible then let us ask the questions we wanted answered.

The product demonstrator that came in before him was very knowledgeable and showed me exactly how this water softener system is different! Also, FYI, Costco's water softener system cost $2,500 more. So don't waste your time. Just go with Kinetico! The pricing is competitive and I really appreciated that. Oh, and they also have financing at a great rate 👍

They did a great job of explaining what they were going to do. They completed the project more quickly than I expected. And then were very helpful in explaining what they had done and follow up procedures. Really great customer service!

The two gentlemen who did our install were respectful and friendly. They showed up exactly when scheduled, to the minute. They covered or removed their shoes upon entering our home and kept the work area clean. They did a very nice job, were very professional, and explained the system to us before leaving. We highly recommend contacting Brightwater/Kinetico if you are in the market for a RO water system.
