They were very efficient and kind and explained to me everything that was going on. They took the time to explain the different choices that I had and the cost associated with each choice. I really appreciated the extra time and care that was given.

No hard sell. No push to get you to buy more or bigger package. You contact them later if interested. The price is what they quote you. Mike Butler and Devin came and installed our R/O unit. They were on time. Very nice, answered all questions, professional and thorough. Kept area clean. Looking forward to drinking good filtered water without nitrates since we live in Iowa. I would highly recommend using this company for your water filter systems. Thanks guys!

However I was disappointed they couldn’t fish a line to my bar sink as I was promised during the sales appointment. A family member recently had the same system installed with multiple points of use and their technician had no issues fishing lines through finished areas. I can’t help but wonder if a different technician would have been able to run the line to the bar. I will say the work that was done was satisfactory and both technicians were polite, performed quality work, and cleaned up well.

He was extremely knowledgeable about the system he sells, and the water issues facing Iowa residents. Once we called to set up the installation, we were scheduled just a couple days out. I can not say enough good things about our tech, Anna. She is kind, very knowledgeable, compassionate, patient, friendly, funny, respectful and determined. She is a true asset to Bright Water. Anna brought along trainee Devin, who is also kind, respectful and patient. Right from the start Anna encountered issues with our plumbing, done by our contractor when our home was built. After a little investigation and discussion, Anna came up with a solution. Anna & Devin got right to work. They were very respectful and cleaned up before they left. We now have healthy drinking water in our home. Thank you to Anna, Devin, Brook and the Bright Water team. If you are considering putting in a clean drinking water system, we highly recommend Bright Water Home Services.
