  I had an issue with my home's heat pump system not cooling. I have never had Indianola Mechanical do any service before, but I called them because of their proximity to my home, their lengthy years of business, and they're high rating on Google. I liked how quickly they responded to my inquiry. Their Service Advisor Will was able to come the next morning. He was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He answered my many questions and explained everything he was doing and what was wrong with my system, and what needed to be done. He was also able to provide me with estimates for a few different courses of action. The repairs are not cheap, but I think they are fair and competitive. I am satisfied with the service they provided, will be calling them in the future, and I would recommend them.

  We had a very simple job needing done to check a box off for our inspection addendum that we could have done ourselves. But Joe at Indianola gave us a fair quote for the scope of work and was efficient. In and out in 15 minutes. We will be calling up them again if we ever need a plumber for our new house.

  Will and Rob came out on a Sunday and replaced both the AC and furnace to get us set up before the hot and humid weather rolls in. They were professional and answered any and all questions/concerns that we had. Highly recommend Indianola Mechanical.

  Will was very thorough and professional. He spent a considerable amount of time going through the system and tuning it up as part of our maintenance plan. Indianola Mechanical also takes care of our rental and does a great job there as well. Both systems were installed and are maintained by Indianola Mechanical and have performed flawlessly. I have yet to interact with a Tech from there that was not top notch. The office staff is also easy to reach and work with. I will not go anywhere else and recommend them to others.

  Rob took out my cable line to the house. The line was to low and with his ladder rack it caught the line. They will be here on Wednesday after noon to fix it.
