  Connor and the Halcyon Team were absolutely exceptional. We are so thankful to have been referred to them by several other happy customers. Due to an unfortunate situation, we needed a fence installed reasonably and quickly, but of course, with great quality. These guys hit a grand slam for us - I am hopeful that if you're looking at these reviews to consider leveraging them, that you would give them your business and allow for them to deliver the same experience to you.

  Update: Owners reached out after I made this review. Updating review from 2 stars to 4 stars. Leading up to the fence installation, there was little communication regarding start day/time of the project. I had to reach out to get even a rough day they would be there. One the day of installation, it had looked like work on the fence had started when it was discovered that the gate size we had originally ordered was incorrect. We decided to look past this issue as they had communicated that it would take several weeks for the replacement and with the work already started, we wanted to avoid any delays. Then later in the day, our internet goes out. My husband goes outside and was told by the gentlemen working on the fence that they hadn't done any recent digging so couldn't be them. After further insisting from my husband, they did admit that they placed the hole digger tool in the ground in an unmarked area and it must have severed the internet line. When my husband asked to see where that was, it was severed in a clearly marked spot. I attached a photo for reference. We then had to call our internet provider in where they were not able to come out to fix the internet until the following day from 4-5pm. My husband works from home and relies on the internet. This resulted in him missing a day and a half of work that he went unpaid because he has exhausted his PTO with the birth of our child back in April. He has a work from home job that has a special equipment set up that can't just be moved to another building easily that has internet. With this incident, we thought we would have a person of management reach back out to follow up on the severed internet line or to at least inquire if we were satisfied with the service provided. Instead we have heard nothing. The lack of communication and follow up has been surprising compared to the interactions we had prior to the agreement of the project. I even sent them an email voicing my frustrations and have heard nothing. They are only getting 2 stars because the fence does look nice, the service and communication were less than ideal.

  Great group of guys!! I was looking for a exact replacement of what i had and that is what i got but better! They were efficient and kept the site clean. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for good quality Fence work and Conner was great to work with! Thanks 😊

  Great company to deal with, Connor (my) sales guy was always on time and very polite. Out of three companies we looked at Halcyon was the best price, very communicative and their product was superior. I would highly recommend Halcyon to anyone looking for quality fencing and quality work.

  I don't see many places with a five star review but these guys sure deserve it. My fence looks amazing and the crew was friendly and professional. You should call them!
