  Logan was fantastic! From the moment he arrived, he was friendly, professional, and took the time to ask how he could help. He explained everything clearly and in a way that was easy to understand, and it was obvious he was very knowledgeable about our heating and cooling system. During his visit, he serviced our air conditioner, replaced a valve in our water heater, investigated some rust in our boiler system, and even helped me figure out what I needed to cover our air conditioner filter. He worked efficiently without ever making us feel rushed, and his attention to detail gave me confidence that everything was taken care of properly. I really appreciated his kindness, patience, and willingness to answer my questions. We were very pleased with his work and would be happy to have Logan back for any future service. Highly recommend!

  Highly recommend Des Moines Comfort for new Trane HVAC. Replaced both units, Benton and his sidekick were professional and did a great job. Privately owned and fair priced!
