From our initial consultation with Shaddai to our installation with Devin. Both did an absolutely awesome job at explaining everything and answering all questions. The installation was EXTREMELY clean and looks great. No more nasty nitrates from our Iowa water. The RO water taste is a night/day difference from the original tap/fridge filtered water. 10/10 experience- if your considering RO this is absolutely your place to get it done!
