  About a week ago, I called up to get a quote for a 20 yarder. This was not my first call. I rent a dumpster probably 3-4 times a year, so I had a general idea of the rates, but I was more concerned with terms. I left probably a dozen shops voicemails to give me a call back. They all were super quick to respond, but Dan was the only one who called back and the first thing he said was, “Hey Nate! Thanks for keeping us in mind this time around! Are you still working on the residence at (XYZ address)?!” I hadn’t called the guy since last spring! He gave me the terms and quote, and mentioned it was a slower season, so he’s flexible with getting the dumpster back. That’s neighbor-friendly service right there! Thanks Dan! I’ll see you in a few weeks!

  Do not recommend this company at all, they nitpick about anything sticking up pass the dumpster walls. You’re better off going with roll offs of Des Moines much better and reliable company.
