  We had the same experience with an aggressive salesman. Which is fine but when they promise all of these good things and turns out not to be true! It’s a 2 lifetime guarantee but I have had a broken window now for almost 4 years! With 3 stops to their Davenport office, multiple calls and texts! Still not fixed!! Also from the beginning we have had problems with our screens by our big picture window in the living room. We can’t open the sliders on the sides because the screens don’t fit correctly but they say they fixed them awhile ago but every time we try to open the windows to lets fresh air in we have wasps join us immediately! Super frustrating for sure! Almost want them to tear out everything and go with someone else. We pay a small fortune for these windows as we replaced every window in our house. We would definitely not recommend. I’m sorry but I’m in construction as well and I would try to make things right but I don’t even get an apology!

  Morgan and Landon did an excellent job putting in a walk in shower. They were quick and efficient. They cleaned everything up afterwards.

  Matt Lewis did an amazing installation. Very polite, extremely careful not to damage anything and the process was faster and smoother than anticipated. I can tell he’s is very knowledgable about his job.

  Matt arrived about 8:30 and worked all day until nearly 7:00. He did a great job removing our old tub and installing a walk in shower. During the day, he arranged for an electrician, Shea and the regular plumber who works on Davenport office installs. Both of them did great. Everyone was careful with our home and left it clean

  We had 4 new trapezoid windows replaced above our sliding doors leading out to our deck on 4-27-26. Lucas and Mike were the installers, they were courteous, professional, and concise, being careful to check measurements of the windows and openings before proceeding to the install. They cleaned up the work area. My only complaint was when I called the office to see if I could change the date of the install that morning due to the weather report of high winds, rain and possible thunderstorm and hail the man I spoke to said “The truck is already loaded”, I explained my husband has Alzheimers and that it would make him anxious worrying about the wind and rain coming in the house, he said they put down tarps. “ i told him ok but that I was NOT happy about it. I didn’t think it was safe for workers to be using power tools in lightening and rain, which they had to do.
