I had a sump pump motor die and he assessed the situation and gave me a quote, then got started right away. This was my first time using Viper Plumbing and I recommend this company.

They are very affordable, fast dependable service and are very reliable. The service techs are very friendly and helpful giving you information as the job progresses and never been any surprises when it was time to pay the final bill.

They cancel my appointment without letting me know. The office manager refused to allow me to check the work of the plumber against the invoice. She yelled at me and stated “John get payment and get out of there!!” She was rude and very unprofessional. All i wanted was to be able to be sure that what i was being charged for was what had been done. They got three stars from me because John was very kind and patient with me because he could tell I was apprehensive. The “Boss” tried to put a lien in my house when i couldn’t make it in the office the next day to give payment because I was sick and had went back and forth to the hospital. The boss told John he didn’t think i was coming in to pay. He was wrong and I can the next day with $2500 CASH!! Believe me when I tell you John is the truth but Melissa and the others in the office are horrible people! Oh and to top it off now the pipe under my bathroom sink has completely come out the wall. But of course it wasn’t due to anything that they had done!
