  The city hired this plumbing company to find where the sewer connected on the road in front of my home. After working about 4 hours doing this last Thursday, they left an awful mess in my basement. No only did they leave filth, they poured water under my cabinet and wall, that was still seeping out an hour after they left. They scraped through my painted floor. When I contacted the business, I was told by Wendy that it was my fault. I should have made them.clean it up, and I didnt prepare my floor properly before painting, or those huge gashes and scrapes would not have happened. Not customer friendly.

  The staff at Hugunin are amazing and do a great job. I would highly recommend them. James repaired my faucet on this visit. He is courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He does a great job of representing the company.

  We recently had Dave check out our pressure tank for replacing to an upgraded tank. After replacement, a couple of their tech’s came to check out a water leak which they found to be the condensate line from the a/c unit was the problem. We really appreciate they’re going above and beyond to determine the problem from a source that wasn’t even their equipment
