Jayden was very prompt, polite & respectful. He explained what he was going to do and what next step would be if needed. Used manners and respected my home. He showed up shortly into the time frame I was given and was done and gone within 20 minutes leaving me with a working drain again. I highly recommend

What's included in septic camera inspections?
Camera inspections provide real-time video of your sewer lines, revealing exact blockage locations, pipe cracks, root intrusion, and structural issues with detailed reporting for accurate diagnosis.
When do I need Time of Transfer septic inspection?
Iowa law requires Time of Transfer septic inspections before any property sale or deed transfer. Schedule 3-4 weeks before closing to allow time for any necessary repairs.
How often should septic tanks be pumped?
Most septic tanks need pumping every 3-5 years, but frequency depends on household size, tank capacity, and usage patterns. Heavy usage may require more frequent service.
What causes floor drains to back up?
Floor drain backups typically result from soap buildup, hair accumulation, grease deposits, or main sewer line blockages that prevent proper drainage from basement or utility areas.
Can tree roots damage septic systems?
Yes, tree roots seek moisture and nutrients from septic lines, causing cracks, blockages, and system failures. Root intrusion requires professional removal and pipe repair or replacement.

Hydro excavating uses pressurized water and vacuum systems to safely dig around underground utilities, locate buried pipes, and install new lines without damaging existing infrastructure.
How long does septic installation take?
Complete septic system installation typically takes 2-5 days depending on soil conditions, system size, and local permit requirements. Weather and ground conditions may affect timing.
Why choose professional over DIY drain cleaning?
Professional equipment removes blockages completely without pipe damage, while DIY methods often provide temporary relief and can worsen problems with harsh chemicals or improper techniques.
What factors affect septic system costs?
Septic costs depend on soil conditions, system size, property access, local permits, and installation complexity. Site evaluation determines specific requirements and accurate pricing estimates.
