  Somehow my review did not get posted earlier. With that being said, I felt it was important to redo a review. Earlier this year our geo-thermal was not working and it just happened to be on a Saturday. Because we have had our share of bad luck with heating companies, we decided to try Primo Heating and Cooling. They offered to come out that very day! However the temps were mild and we decided on Monday. Monday Alex and his son were prompt and in a very short time he diagnosed the problem and even had the part on their service truck. In a short time the furnace was running. His service charge was very reasonable. Do yourself a favor, if you are ever in need for heating or ac service or installation give this family business a call. Their service and honesty are SECOND TO NONE.

  I had an excellent experience with Primo Heating and Cooling LLC. The online service request process was quick and easy, and I received a phone call within minutes of submitting my request. Even though it was a weekend, they offered to come out right away. The technician was professional, courteous, and diagnosed and fixed the issue within an hour. I highly recommend Primo Heating and Cooling for their prompt response and outstanding service.
