  I highly recommend Primo Heating and CoolingLLC. We couldn't have asked for more professional people to work with. They came to our house this hot humid morning worked all day it's nice and cool in our house already and our's was a pretty tough job being a berm home there was alot of extra work. Plus they cleaned up afterwards.

  Alex was great to work with. They were very professional and did a very great job. They went above and beyond. We would highly recommend them to anyone! We called Monday morning and that afternoon we had a new water heater delivered and installed. Thank you so much!

  These guys are amazing! They came and had our a/c fixed within 24 hours!! Then they did a wonderful job servicing our unit, as well. Price was reasonable, service was excellent and the staff/technicians were super friendly. Definitely would recommend!

  Primo Heating and Cooling did a great job getting our AC fixed quickly. They were responsive, professional, and got everything working again without dragging the process out. I’d definitely recommend them for any heating or cooling needs.

  Called Primo today because our A/C wasn’t cooling—not terribly surprising after this heat wave—and they assured us they would be here by end of business day (they were). They diagnosed our very vintage unit as needing to be serviced (we have been here just under two years and we have no idea how long ago servicing last happened), serviced it same day, charged us a fair price and we could trust their word. We were very grateful to have had such prompt assistance and so little down time. Always try to utilize local merchants and service people when possible but especially when they deliver timely and excellent service at a fair price. Highly recommend!
