  Justin and Carter arrived and immediately diagnosed our plumbing issue. They worked diligently. We really appreciated them wearing foot coverings when they came into the house. They took them off when retrieving parts and tools from their truck and put them on when re-entering the house. Very pleased with their work and friendly disposition.

  They did a very good job, he even came back when our unit was iced over and we're willing to stay until it defrosted to diagnose the problem. We got the air conditioning running for now. We have to make some decisions in the future and we will definitely be looking at at Schaal to do the work!

  Wow! Justin and Carter were so pleasant, efficient and professional in their work to replace my water heater! They used shoe covers and floor mats to protect my carpet and were respectful of my requests. I had no concerns and they took care of everything, including getting my payment plan set up. I couldn't be happier! Thanks you to you both!

  My furnace met it's maker last night and almost caused a blaze worthy of hades. I called Schaal Plumbing on Sunday morning and they sent out a young dude named Vaughn. He knew his stuff. Fixing this 34 year old furnace was a dead end street, even I knew that. Vaughn assured me they have finance options and scheduled a consultant to come out today and get the ball rolling on a new furnace. I feel confident in my choice of HVAC companies because Vaughn made me feel confident in my decision to take the temporary financial hit for long term comfort and peace of mind. Thanks dude.

  Justin and his co-worker were super nice and very professional. Great guys. I was going to have them replace my kitchen faucet that was corroded and leaking. They showed me a picture of a faucet that was $720.00. I asked what other option I have & they showed me one that was more expensive. I looked at Menards & saw they ran as cheap as $34.00. I’m moving & don’t want to put an expensive in. After seeing that, I paid their service call for $99 & a diagnostic fee for 15.00. I had an appointment to have one of their Electricians coming in the afternoon so I cancelled appointment that too.
