  I had them come out to take a look at a job I needed done. When they showed up they said they couldn’t help me with scoping the drainage tile in my sump pit. They were there for 5 minutes and charged me $120 to come out. I didn’t think this was fair due to them not even trying to help me. When I called the office to see what we could do they were extremely rude. Also was told they would call me back and I have yet to hear anything. 0/10 service.

  Couldn't be happier with our service from Roto Rooter. Not only did they fix our main that was clogged, they did it for a fraction of the "other guy's" price. ( I won't mention names but they will get a poor review). Our service tech was understanding of our situation. He explained everything thoroughly and didn't shock me with the final price. Truly appreciate Roto-Rooter.

  After a flooded basement our storm drain and sewage line were backing up into our basement. My stepdad and myself tried and failed to clear the clog on our own and were worried about calling professionals but, we were not disappointed. Roto Rooter was easy to schedule and were able to come out same day and clear/clean up the mess at a very comparable rate. Austin, the tech, was awesome! He relayed the information to us and explained what had happened in detail. I will definitely recommend Roto Rooter going forward and thank Austin for his professionalism and help.

  We had same day service for a plugged kitchen drain and clean-out drain which was nice. The office workers who answer the phones and schedule appts are very friendly. However, when the technician arrived, I had to provide the pan and the bucket to be used to collect the black, oily sludge from the clogged drains as the technician didn’t carry any with him. Is that typical for this type of work? The technician was a very nice young man but lacked experience in keeping a clean work environment. He let black water/sludge run out of the open plumbing free fall underneath my kitchen sink onto the base of my kitchen cabinet until I pointed it out to him in a panic in which he said, “glad you caught that” and grabbed a towel to place there to catch the water/sludge instead of grabbing the bucket. I did have a thin mat under my kitchen sink that I had left in place when he arrived and I think it most likely protected the bottom of the cabinet from being permanently water stained. Then when working on the clean-out drain downstairs in my husband’s office, he let the black sludge from the drain pipe coming from the wall, run down the wall and into the baseboards(which are painted white) and onto the floor and would only periodically grab a towel to then put underneath the open pipe to catch stuff. He also wasn’t maintaining the snake very well to unclogged either drain and when pulling it out from the drain pipe, would let the end of it come flying out unprotected. We had black, oily sludge fly 4 feet across the room and once, the sludge hit my face and hands as I was sitting on my kitchen floor watching him use the snake inside the drain underneath my kitchen sink/cabinet. My kitchen was remodeled a few years ago and I keep it like new so you can imagine how I felt seeing black oily sludge covering the inside of one cabinet that holds the plumbing but then shoot across my kitchen landing on myself, the opposite wall, countertop, front of cabinets, stove top, fridge and floor. I have white cabinets, only a few years old. He did mention before leaving that he cleaned up the mess from the black sludge downstairs where the clean-out drain is, but it appeared that he used a dirty towel and possibly dirty water to do this and rubbed the sludge into the wall further. I will add a photo of this. He also missed the 4 foot in diameter area away from the wall that was sprayed with the black sludge because he wasnt controlling the end of the snake very well. I told him that I would clean the kitchen up myself. The technician also used 2 different doors to come into the house and to go back out(which was fine) but he kept leaving both doors open which I don’t care for. Anyway, it took my husband and I around 4 hours to clean up the splattered black sludge from both areas where the 2 drains were. Like I said, he was a very nice person but needs to be more aware of keeping the work area clean when inside of someone’s home. Also, it might help if he were to wrap a towel each time around the end of the snake as he is pulling it out of the drain. We do this ourselves and it results in about 85% less of the sludge flying everywhere. We did notice a dripping sound in the downstairs wall last night when we were cleaning and again this morning where the clean-out drain is. We may be calling for it to be checked out.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Outstanding Service, Honest Pricing, and Professional Technicians** I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Roto-Rooter. The technicians who came out today were professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to explain what they were doing, offered guidance and education along the way, and made sure the issue was resolved. Unfortunately, the company we had out the day before charged us nearly $600, failed to fix the problem, and then wanted another $800 to $900 for additional work. Needless to say, I was frustrated and concerned about what it was going to take to get everything working again. Then Roto-Rooter came out and fixed the issue for just **$181**. The line is clear, everything is working properly, and we finally have peace of mind. What impressed me most was not just the reasonable price, but the professionalism, transparency, and willingness to help us understand the problem. They also advised us that if we experience any additional issues, we can call them back and ask for a scope to help identify what might be going on. It is refreshing to work with a company that treats its customers with respect, provides practical solutions, and doesn't make you feel like you're being pushed into expensive additional work. **Roto-Rooter has absolutely earned our trust and our future business.** I would gladly recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing or drain service. Thank you to the technicians who came out today for doing an excellent job and turning a frustrating situation into a great experience.
