Service was horrible!!!! Took 6 months to resolve issues. Additional screens ordered(orginally on 3/24/2026} did not fit, sent back, waited another month then they delivered the 1st set again. How ridiculous can you get? Finally got screens on 9/30/2026.

We were so fortunate to have Brandon Pierce work on our project! He was very nice and seemed to really care about our wants and needs! He's an extremely hard worker and never took a break! Not to mention always had a smile on his face. Thank You Mad City for everything! We will definitely spread the word about your company and how awesome it is!

We had Mad City create a walk-in shower unit to replace a "SafeStep" deep tub that came with our house. From start to finish, we found all their personnel with whom we dealt to be very knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous in working towards the finished, installed product. From sales visit to installation day was just one month--and on installation day tearing out the cumbersome SafeStep tub, prepping the area, and installing the new shower took less than 7 hours. Very impressive teamwork! We highly recommend Mad City as expert shower installers!

Good service after they were hastily installed. Many of the locks broke right away, the chaulking was a terrible job and not completed. They did come to fix the locks and the window sill that was broken during install, though we’re going to leave me some chaulk so I could finish that and they didn’t. I can’t help but wonder if the team that was hired put in cheap windows and I had the whole house done. Disappointed. I don’t understand all the happy reviews, I’m so sad every time I look at the windows. Many of them are hard to open and close, if I was an elderly woman, I don’t think I could open some of them. And the screens in the doors are already ripping with normal use due to the manufactured tension being to tight. It’s been a few years now and I’m still very unhappy with the quality. I’ll add some pictures and videos later. I need my bathroom redone and can not use this company. Sorry guys. Sometimes I am even looking forward to moving so I can stop thinking about this terrible experience.
