You know you’re getting older when new windows excite you, ha! I had Mad City come out for a quote since the reviews were the best. The sales guy who came out was super friendly and polite. He took his time answering our question. There was no pressure sales, which was nice- cause that’s irritating and quite the turn off. Anyways, we have a ton of windows, can’t afford to do them all right now so I went with just the upstairs windows to help with reducing the heat in the summer. Kyanne and Greg were our installers. Super friendly, professional, hard working, and did a great job with my windows. We went with black exterior and white interior. We will have Mad City out for the rest of my windows once I save up more!

The new windows function properly and slide open easily. I chose Mad City because their windows are energy efficient. They are triple paned and the argon gas is placed inside while in a sealed chamber, which ensures that none of the gas leaks out while being filled. They come with a service warranty that Mad City will honor for the next person I sell my home to.

Been calling for someone to come fix my shower, they don’t call back. I’ve tried leaving my warranty information like they want, but the website doesn’t not take me anywhere… not even 2-3 days after installing my shower it started separating from the wall, growing mold in the caulking(I have tried everything to get it to go away, but since it’s behind the caulking it won’t clean!), and my shelves are separating.
We had Mad City replace our very large, 1950s picture window. Greg C. and Dave M. were absolutely fantastic to work with, very professional and knowledgeable, answering all of our questions thoroughly. From start to finish it took a little over 3 hours, and when we realized that one of the screens wasn't fitting correctly, it took one call and about an hour and a half for them to come figure out what needed to be done. If we need any further work done, we will definitely be calling Mad City.
I should done a little more research about this company. Seemed good from I found but looking again, they have a current lawsuit status. It is not yet a class action but still not good to see(deceptive sales tactics, warranty issues just to name some.)
For the price and the product we received, it seemed a bit pricey but not to a point it was egregious. The workmanship was a bit lacking with some windows not being flush and needing adjusted.
I was told a lifetime warranty with no stipulations, so hopefully that is true.
