  We had a large picture window installed and we couldnt have had better installers!!! Kyanne and Greg were absolutely amazing in every way!!! They answered any questions I had, was very perfessional in their work, and took pride in what they did. I would highly recommend these two installers! Thank you Kyanne and Greg!!!

  Each time I've called Mad City about an issue with my Windows which they installed several years ago, they have been prompt and very quick to resolve the problem or come to the house and show me what I need to do to maintain the window and good operating condition. I look forward to working with them further in the future.

  Update: Kyanne and Greg did a great job addressing the issues left by the first installer, it was a much more pleasant experience than the first install and they took the time to do it right. I wish I had them the first time around as this probably wouldn't have been as much of an issue! There are still items that were highlighted by the salesman that are not present on my windows, and I feel the salesman did really highlight that they would make sure the job was done right the first time so that they don't need to do this kind of mitigation, which obviously was not my experience but I know this matter was addressed and is likely mostly a facet of my installer who is no longer with the company but I wish the company had been more proactive about ensuring all of their installers provide the same level/quality of service. Updating to 3 stars, as this has been a stressful experience but overall I am very relieved with how they handled mitigating the issues. BUYER BEWARE; Terrible experience so far. Aaron did not take the time to make sure he did not damage the trim around the windows and didn’t take the time to stop and make sure that all of the right components were present in order to perform the installation properly. From having the wrong sized screen installed on one window, to have holes in the screen of another window, the services have not met the expectation set by the salesman. The salesman also sold on features that are not present on the windows that were installed. The windows that were installed were damaged and they damaged the interior and exterior trim and fascia during the installation process… at this point I’m wondering if they were even the right windows. Good luck getting ahold of anyone after 4pm… guess they call it quits early too. Will update this review to share if they make this right but at this time, I wholly regret choosing mad city to replace my windows as everything except for the glass itself is worse than it was before.

  Crew showed up on time. Got to it right away. Even though Kyanne and Greg ran into some crappy original mounting of windows they made it correct and did a great job. Looks 100% different inside and out. Will definitely request them to come back when we go to do the other half of the house window replacements. Was here Wednesday to do windows and already back on Friday to finish the repair to the trim piece between the 2 windows ran short 1 piece of material but it was all good. She wrote up the repair same day of work. 👍

  We had an amazing experience with Mad City Windows & Baths of Cedar Rapids, especially working with Jason Huff. He remodeled all three bathrooms in my parents’ house (one tub and two showers), and the results were incredible. Jason was professional, efficient, and extremely detail oriented. He kept the work area very clean the entire time, which we really appreciated. On top of that, he was so kind, friendly, and easy to work with, it made the whole process stress free. Everything was completed in just three days with no delays or need for extra time, which was honestly impressive. The quality of his work is outstanding, and everything looks beautiful. We couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend Jason and Mad City Windows & Baths to anyone looking for bathroom remodeling!
