  Tub to shower conversion turned out amazing! Nick was fantastic and got the entire job done in one day, despite the expectation that it would take two. He was right on time at eight and done and out by around four and everything was spotless.

  Had a bathtub/shower installation done in our new home. We found mold in our old bathtub under the wood siding. They did such an amazing job taking care of everything and it looks so much better! Thank you Jason Huff! Very high quality product compared to other companies/ products at stores like home depot or menards! Considering that we just wish it wasn't so expensive but it's definitely worth the investment in the long run!

  Very professional.. Andrew (salesperson) answered our questions and was patient as we made design choices. The installer Nick left the workspace he used cleaner than it started. Also, very helpful when helping us decide placement for our bench and shelves. We are very pleased with the outcome.

  We met with their salesperson to discuss out requirements for a replacement shower. He pointed out all the benefits of working with Mad City. The pressure was building to purchase through Mad City. He presented the quote to install a replacement shower and I nearly fell off my chair! Very expensive! I wanted a cost breakdown but at that price I doubt he would have presented the data.

  Andrew, our salesman, made a very good presentation and explained everything so well. We had all new windows installed. Cole, Adam, and Rigo went right to work, and finished the main level. The basement windows were put together backwards. New windows were ordered immediately. Kyanne and Gregory installed them. All of the installers were knowledgeable, friendly and respectable. Eddie, Jeff and, coworkers in the Cedar Rapids office were friendly and helpful. There were a few issues, and they didn't hesitate to take care of the problems. We're looking forward to not having to put plastic on the windows in the winter. Donna and Kevin
