  Went in to look at carpet and person was friendly and told us how they have installers and it would be about 200. Came few days later to buy carpet and now installers would be way more. Bought carpet and said we would come same time tomorrow to pick it up. Carpet was not cut so had to leave and come back. Then get it home and found an installer. He showed us how they shorted us because they cut the carpet so badly and jagged. Installer even said he doesn't recommend them. We won't either. We were going to buy wooden flooring also, but we will not go there.
