  Another visit to Invisible Fence, Cedar Rapids (added a sensor, tested and recalibrated original sensors and battery purchases) . Trent was patient, listened to my concern tested original sensor--15 years old, discovered the problem and explained it. Warranty replacement on sensor, calibrated it, and new batteries purchased! Brought sensor home and put it on the dog. IT WORKS (no doubt that it would) no more early morning walk abouts for the dog! very happy, great service

  Moved out to the country and had Five dogs we needed to train and install a fence on 5 acres! Trent and his staff did a fantastic job. Came out right away and all the dogs learned fast. No issues. When needed fence fixed due to construction. They came out quick and had it fixed. Definitely would use this company again!

  Wouldn't use this company again. Overall positive experience with the first dog. Now adding another dog and quite the opposite experience. The owner wanted me on the schedule right away to add this dog. I wanted to pay for this when setting up the training, due to the dog training was be set up while husband with the payment would be out of town. Would not be able to do the payment at the first training. Thoroughly explaining this. Owner said not to pay upfront, ok well either delay the training or delay the payment, pick one. Since he was adamant on getting scheduled right away he said would be ok to wait with payment Fine. Scheduled the first training to add our second dog. Owner called 4 days later- had to verify who he called, couldn't remember when we were Scheduled , who the dog was, everything we had discussed, etc. Clearly unorganized. Trainer gets here today. Didn't have the right package in his paperwork to add a dog, thought it was just the training and I already had the collar. Excuse me, the WHOLE point of this was to ADD a dog. No! I dont have a collar. He's like that changes the price. Come on, no kidding. At the end Trainer is like how to you want to pay. Now I have to go through the whole story again. He gets his boss on speaker phone- boss says NO ABSOLUTELY NOT, this is not true! We did not discuss delayed payment etc. My husband is mostly out of cell service out of town, finally get him on the phone to get it squared away when I shouldnt have had to interrupt him at work. I would have made arrangements to have the CC information handy, had we not already discussed prior. Shockingly enough, the price is what we had discussed and was expecting. Couldn't even come to the appointment with the correct order and paperwork. If we moved, absolutely would not deal with this unprofessional company again!!!! Won't be adding another dog, ever. When they come back for the 2nd training, Better believe my husband will be present. Installation and Trainer guy is nice thats the only thing this company has going for it. The collar is too heavy for my chiweenie. What a fiasco!!! Just a waste of time dealing with this owner. A couple of my new neighbors have had really good experiences with a different fence company we found out after we already installed this brand. They even added dogs with zero issues. Ugh. Incompetence everywhere you turn with this Invisible Fence.
