Tom was wonderful...patient with my overthinking and changing my mind, kind, personable, honest, and always great with communication. He listened to what I was looking for in style and texture and helped me narrow down the overwhelming carpet choices without ever making me feel rushed. I also really appreciated his honesty about a $150 freight charge for my preferred carpet and his advice that it wasn’t worth the extra cost for my small space. When my schedule unexpectedly changed, he was incredibly flexible and got me on the schedule ASAP. Great experience from start to finish...x2!
