- KMKrysta MehrerOct 15, 20265.0I was not expecting our flooring project to get done so quickly! With carpets in stock and a knowledgeable and eager sales representative, it all happed so fast! Installation was great. I had a few questions and concerns regarding an irregular curve on some hard surface flooring, but everything was addressed and executed very well. Highly recommend HoC.
- HBHolly BloodSep 30, 20265.0We had such a wonderful experience with House of Carpets! They did an amazing job installing both carpet and flooring throughout our home. The quality of the work was excellent, everything looks beautiful, and the installation was done with great attention to detail. Neff and his team were very fast and efficient.
- JJJodieAug 29, 20265.0I’ve now worked with this company twice in the past year and highly recommend them! Tom was wonderful...patient with my overthinking and changing my mind, kind, personable, honest, and always great with communication. He listened to what I was looking for in style and texture and helped me narrow down the overwhelming carpet choices without ever making me feel rushed. I also really appreciated his honesty about a $150 freight charge for my preferred carpet and his advice that it wasn’t worth the extra cost for my small space. When my schedule unexpectedly changed, he was incredibly flexible and got me on the schedule ASAP. Great experience from start to finish...x2!
- KGKarla GoettelNov 17, 20255.0I had a stressful situation of needing to replace carpet due to a crack in our foundation that damaged good carpeting. I am so happy today after seeing the replacement I chose installed. Kyler Wifmer did an impeccable job and was so kind. He helped turn an unfortunate situation into a positive. Thank you to Amber too.
