  Dave was amazing straight forward on cost and everything that would be done to the roof. The crew was nice and worked hard got the roof done in 10 hrs amazing. Would recommend Garcia for any job they offer.

  Here is our honest and real experience with Garcia Roofing & Exteriors: We actually waited almost a full year to post this because we wanted to see how the new roof would handle a full cycle of seasons. After going through heavy winter snow, pouring rain, and high winds, we can safely say the job was done right. After getting three other estimates from local roofing companies whose prices were way higher, our focus shifted to David's company. Having seen the great job he did on another house in our neighborhood, we had an excellent reference to trust them with our own property. David, the owner, and his crew were awesome, professional, and super easy to deal with. They knocked out the entire job in just one day and left the yard spotless. Price-wise, the quote was really fair and fit our budget well, especially since they used great materials like the Malarkey Vista AR architectural shingles with the Class 4 impact rating. They also backed everything up with a great workmanship warranty and the standard manufacturer warranty. Waiting this long just confirmed what we thought on day one: Garcia Roofing & Exteriors does great, durable work. We fully expect this roof to last for decades!

  I recently have the roof and gutters done, the price was good, everything looks good and the workers clean everything pretty good when they were done.
