Great guy, great job. Hard work and VERY expensive. Snaking a drain was $488! He did go about 15’ or so however.

Kevin was great! Showed up on time, was very efficient and informative, answered all my questions (and I had a ton!), he cleaned up after his work, and he ran through everything with me so I understood it all, was personable and friendly. He also noticed a sealant issue with how the radon mitigation tubing was installed at the sump pump pit, which he resealed correctly. He went through the options of what we could do for our sump pump and backup options and did it all same day. Took a total of about 3 hours. We had the first rainy day since it was replaced today, and the sump pump is so quiet but can tell it's working well. We put in two sump pumps with a backup battery, and a "brain box" which shows the levels of the battery. We may have overpaid but I'm very appreciative of the work Kevin did and will for sure use Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again!!
