  I had to shut off my water for a water line that did not match on my new fridge. They answered my call and got Randy out the same day. I added two others jobs that I have been ignoring. They got them all done in a friendly, knowledgeable, and timely manner.

  Called them to come convert gas dryer to LP and they said they could do it and scheduled it and took off to be able to be there for them to come out and do and they got here and the two so called techs came in and had no clue what to do and stated that they never have done this before so instead of stating that on the phone and scheduling a appointment to come out and get it done they should have stated that they couldn’t do the job instead of wasting our time and there time. Not good customer service

  Randy C & his assistant from Benjamin Franklin did an excellent job. My brand new toilet works great now. They both took the time to tell me what needs to be replaced and why. This company is a good plumbing company to call to repair bad old plumbing problems.

  Very please with the job that was done. Randy arrived on time on a short notice. Very knowledgeable about the situation and gave me advice about some other things that he notice. Very polite. Will use this service again in the future.

  While I was at work, my boyfriend was at my house so the technician can come in. The tech never called me to inform me of the issue PRIOR to fixing the problem. Next thing I know I’m owing $400 and I never gave permission to fix anything. I had no choice but to pay the outrageous $400. I paid over the phone just to find out that the tech had my boyfriend sign for my debit card transaction. I will NEVER use nor recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again. They price gouge and do a shitty job. The tech even recommended we call Roto-Rooter next time because they are cheaper. Recommendation accepted!
